About

About Untitled

An experience meant to be felt, not defined.

Untitled began with the belief that some moments can't be defined. They happen in a friendly exchange between guests and staff, over a shared meal, and in music that stays with you.

02

Open to interpretation

Like a work of art without a title, Untitled leaves room for your own interpretation. The meaning comes from what you feel while you're here.

03

The personal pour

Scent, texture, and balance matter as much as flavor. That's the care behind our signature cocktails.

04

The shared table

A shared meal gives people something to gather around. The pleasure is in passing a plate and discovering a favorite together.

A visit to Untitled

A welcome upstairs. A place at the table.

Join us at the bar or settle into the dining room. Begin with a drink, choose a few plates, and make an evening of it.

Something worth sharing.

Choose a few plates for the middle of the table, with something bright, something crisp, or a warm bite to pass around.

Stay for dinner.

The room

The bar

Genmaicha, pandan, calamansi, and sesame shape the signature cocktails. Spirit-free drinks, wine, bubbles, sake, and beer round out the menu.
